Knights

 The Silver Knights traveled to Bristol for the first time this season and came out on top in a big way. As the bats are starting to come to life, the Knights gave up an early run but quickly turned the page in the next half inning. Josh Brodeur and Kyle Sandstrom both had RBI singles in the 3rd inning to regain the lead at 2-1. From there it was all Nashua as Lucier, Sandstrom, Bramanti, and Irvina all drove in runs steadily throughout the game.

Pitching was outstanding as well as Patrick Harrington earned the W by tossing 5 innings of 1 run ball. Followed by Batchelder, Gilbert, and Hunter that worked a scoreless 7-8-9 innings. 

The Knights move to 5-8 on the season and sit in 5th place in the current FCBL standing. They will be taking on the last place Westfield Starfires Saturday at Historic Holman Stadium - 1st pitch 6:05.
