Shelmerdine has recently signed with MLF Sports of Winston-Salem, North
Carolina. His new agent, Heather Mackenzie has taken over the task of
representing Kirk Shelmerdine and attracting sponsors to the KSR Team.
Shelmerdine plans on competing on most events of the Nextel Cup Series in
2006. His first race with the #27 car will be the Gatorade Dual 150s
